Anna Silk was born in Fredericton as the child of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, who is an actor director, producer, playwright, teacher, and Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Anna Silk's dad is from Britain and her mother is a Turkish Cypriot English expat. Anna Silk remembers her mother watching work at play rehearsals. While still a small kid, she made the rounds in commercials of various kinds. Anna moved from Toronto and moved to Los Angeles in 1999. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, at an actor's workshop. They were engaged by 2009 after getting married. Anna became a Jew in 2011 after converting to Judaism. They were wed in a civil ceremony in December the same year, and they then renewed their vows during a Jewish ceremony held in Fredericton, in April 2011. Bo's relationship with Lauren was featured in the top TV Couples ever, and was named the top TV Couple in 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. The show's success resulted in Anna building a large online following on social media.
