Emily Bett Rickards, born on July 24 of 1991, in Canada. She is a Canadian actor best known for playing Felicity Smoak on The CW TV series Arrow. Rickards was raised and born within British Columbia. To begin her professional career, she began by dancing and musical theater hoping to eventually introducing more serious acting. She finished high school sooner than she anticipated and enrolled at the Vancouver Film School where she was awarded the Acting Essentials Certificate. After finishing the program she participated in an open-call audition, which led to an agent for booking. Alida Vocal Studio was her place of study in Vancouver.
