Kevin Kenney was a writer at Fox Sports and formerly worked for The New York Post. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless co-star. Kenney was raised in Manhattan. She is Debbie the rebellious daughter on Shameless, a new Showtime TV show. However, she spent her childhood living in New York's Garden State. Kenney also played Darlene Gilbert (Sara Gilbert)'s daughter Harris in Roseanne.
